Στο πλαίσιο διερεύνησης της υπόθεσης φόνου, που διαπράχθηκε στις 21/06/2020, στην Λευκωσία, με θύμα 21χρονο, η Αστυνομία καταζητεί τον Puran Dass, 23 χρόνων, από Ινδία, αφού εναντίον του προέκυψαν στοιχεία για την εμπλοκή στη διάπραξη των υπό διερεύνηση αδικημάτων.
Μέχρι στιγμής οι ανακριτές του Τμήματος Ανιχνεύσεως Εγκλημάτων Λευκωσίας έχουν προχωρήσει στη σύλληψη έξι προσώπων, ηλικίας 27, 30, 24, 29, 30 και 24 ετών, τα οποία τελούν υπό κράτηση για διευκόλυνση των ανακρίσεων.
Παρακαλείται οποιοσδήποτε γνωρίζει οτιδήποτε που μπορεί να βοηθήσει στον εντοπισμό του υπόπτου, να επικοινωνήσει με το ΤΑΕ Λευκωσίας, στο τηλέφωνο 22-802222 ή με τη Γραμμή Επικοινωνίας του Πολίτη στον τηλεφωνικό αριθμό 1460 ή με τον πλησιέστερο Αστυνομικό Σταθμό.
WANTED persons in connection to a case of MURDER
Cyprus Police are seeking information which may help find the suspect, shown in the following photograph, who is WANTED by means of a Court arrest warrant, in connection to a case under investigation, of the murder of a 21 years old male, from India. The murder was committed on the 21st of June, 2020, at Ledras Street, in Nicosia.
Persons who can provide information, which may assist Police locate the suspect, are asked to contact Nicosia Criminal Investigation Department – C.I.D., at telephone number 22-802222 or the Citizen’s Line at telephone number 1460 or any Police Station.

According to Police investigations, on June 21st, at approximately 9.30p.m., at Ledras Street, Nicosia, a group of about 15 persons, holding knives and other assault weapons, assaulted the 21-year-old victim, and two other persons, aged 25 and 34.
The three men were transferred by ambulance to Nicosia General Hospital, where the death of the 21-year-old was confirmed. The 34-year-old sustained grievous injuries to his head and body and is being kept in hospital for treatment, while the 25-year-old was released on the same day, after medical treatment.
C.I.D. Nicosia are investigating the case, for which six persons, 27, 30, 24, 29, 30 and 24 years old, have been arrested and are being kept in custody.
